        Appalling customer service, ordered contact lenses on the 17/2/23 have still not had them. After phoning the store multiple times to discuss the issue I was told that they had been delivered ti the wrong address. I then requested a replacement pair and was told they would be with me the next working day. They didnt arrive and now three days after they are still not here. I have had to phone again and was told that a manager would call me this evening to discuss my issue and I still have not had a call. Would not recommend.
