Ordered Oberon bar end mirrors. Excellent quality, clear vision and look great on a bike. Had to replace collets and end weights because I changed my handlebar. Mr David from customer service helped a lot, both with advice and with delivery issues (because of Croatian customs). Would like to fully recommend both products and the company staff.

I ordered a set of matching adjustable levers for my Harley. The quality of the product is fantastic but the brake lever didn't fit (my fault as I thought I had a 96 Harley instead of a 95, which is when a change in the design of the controls occurred). I contacted support over email, I explained the situation and even though it was a couple of months since I received the order, (winter, kids etc,) David was happy to accept the return of the unused item. Their products and service are top notch. Highly recommended.

Customer service is exceptional, really personable to speak to, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size collet for my bars so had to give them a call, 8.30 the next morning the correct ones were at my door, no charge just asked me to return the others back to them, amazing service. The adjustable bar end mirrors match there service, they feel and look top quality, they dont vibrate at speed, excellent visibility and really set the bike off, one very happy customer, thank you very much.

Experienced an issue with an order. David G took the call, verified the problem and presented a solution to rectify the problem prior to the call ending. Great customes service and the quality of the product ( adjustable brake and clutch levers) is exceptional. I would definitely recommend this small buisness to anyone looking to upgrade their stock hand controls. Buy direct the American businesses have a hefty mark up. I purchased new brake and clutch levers from Oberon Performance for my Ducati Diavel 1260s and the quality of the parts are fantastic. Extremely well made and a lovely finish. After sales support from Steve and colleagues was 10/10 also.
