        Great service. They tested my fridge controller and rang to confirm it was defunct. Ordered a replacement and was delivered on time. Thumbs up from me.

        Great company and very knowledgable - only slight moan - there must have been a issue with my last order - shipped on the 9th September and delivered 6th October when I was advised of a 3-5 day delivery - compounded by the fact that I had to pay 1.50 to have it delivered as Penguin had underpaid the postage! Additional comment:- as soon as Penguin realised something had not been ideal i was immediatly contacted and remedial action taken by Penguin - as always great customer service and responses from them

        I just wanted to say thank you for your efficiency. And to say how great the contractor was. Fridge all fixed in under a week from first contact with you. Wish all companies were like this.
