        Very poor service Didn't help me as mum alienated from her son Saw it all from the parental side Didn't nothing to help me left me feeling Worthless

        Mediator is very one sided. Poor communication with me - didnt notify me that mediation was cancelled and rescheduled to a later date. I had to find that out from my childrens father when I asked him for the zoom link. Brushed off every concern I had and told me children exaggerate things, didnt feel listened to. I rarely review but Im disappointed.
