        Good advice over the telephone & I'd imagine good service though I never followed through & used them. I got locked out when my front door lock seemed to brake on a Sunday evening @6pm & no one could come out to me until after 8am on the Monday morning even though they say they're 24/7, though I wasn't in the most central of locations! I shopped around with other companies & found Timpson to be the most expensive & ended up finding wonderful helpful kind local people through word of mouth recommendations & got a man who got me in for free !!! :-D
