This is what tradesmen from Guinness Housing do to help local disabled people!!!!! Park over a marked driveway of a private resident to unload for over the permitted time frame without even asking. When they could of simply asked the Guinness tenant to move one of their 4 cars.

Subsidence, rats, cracks in every room, widows drafty, front wall cracked, crackes in house walls outside, daylight coming through roof tiles, roof lagging in atic falling off, mould front and back lentil over back door falling down, bricks falling down over front window causing window to bow, apart from that we both work hard and never been in rent areas and pay nearly 600 a month been hear 25 years work that out?

Appalling, we were walking to Westbourne at 8.45pm on Friday evening and found a 90 year old lady who was wandering along the main road, shivering with cold, confused and she didn't know how to get back home. Having walked her to Rivermead Court where she lives, there were no staff on site to help. Having rung the intercom four times speaking to four different remote staff who were at another location, two of them said they would let her in but didn't actually open the automatic door. The first lady said they would send someone to the location to see if the 90 year old lady was alright. After 10-15 minutes waiting by the door with the lady shivering, thankfully another resident who knew her came downstairs having heard what was happening and took her to her flat. Looking at the website it says that there is a member of staff on site 24 hours but that was obviously not the case tonight! The Guinness Partnership who run Rivermead Court, how can you let a frail, confused, 90 year old lady end up walking the streets with no support and no means to get back indoors? Absolutely disgraceful!

Completely incompetent money grabbing company, full of fat-cat shareholders who don't give a fishes left t@#.about their tenants. Reported a roof leak way back on October 24th after countless phone calls by my husband and myself and far too many brush offs and promises of callbacks as of 16th Dec 22,we are still waiting for the repair to be done, scaffolding finally appeared on the 5th Dec... So they have money to waste having scaffolding erected just gathering dust... But seem to be unable to get their fingers out of their Ar@#*! and get the job done, next step withholding rent payments until they either take us to court for non payment of rent or get their s@#!. Together and keep up their end of the tenancy agreement. Not holding my breath as we are still waking for a new double glazed window unit that blew 5 years ago. Very very disgusted with the total lack of concern that they show for their customers and properties.
