        I am an old man who just needs to get fitter, I don't want gym envy, gym bullies or fashion shows, and my first impression of this gym is it is going to be OK. Staff have heads up and big smiles, kit is good.

        I've been a member of many gyms over the years and Activhealth Fitness is by far the best. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and know each and every member by name. It feels like they really care about their members. I love the gym and hope to never have to move to another !
