Sadly needed Davids services within 3 hours of contacting the funeral directors to find out how we went about everything. David answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) was very thoughtful and kind and we had no doubt he looked after Ray. We are very grateful for his kindness he showed us as we needed it very much. Thank you David and Lydia from The Hacketts.

David and Lydia were just brilliant. Their care and compassion was wonderful. I felt that in their hands everything would run smoothly on the saddest of days and it did. Professional to the last but without the corporate feel that is not us. Such lovely lovely people. Thank you.

Everyone at Staunton were lovely to deal with and they helped us with minimal fuss during such a difficult time. They were farther away than we would normally consider but that didn't cause any issues at all. We had some personal requests which Lydia was super helpful to deal with for us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
