        Mens toilet cubicle had no lock and the only light was from the mens cubicle, the main one was off. If someone was using the cubicle then you wouldn't be able to see where to aim. When telling a member of staff about it, they didn't really seem interested as though they've heard it all before. So i interpreted that as "Its been like it for a while and i've heard your sentence for the millionth time now, please manager just fix it!!".

        Staff very helpful. Blue light card doesn't seem to work even on the app but staff had to apply manually

        Hate to be one of those "I wish zero stars was an option" kind of people but we ordered via JustEat at 20:50, app then sends driver to the restaurant where we then waited for 2hrs at which point the app updated to say they were then shut and then it updated to say it had been delivered (it obviously hadn't). At 11pm I then had to order from an alternative takeaway (West Grill, Cosham) and luckily they delivered in 20mins & food was spot on. Previously in the past my only bad experiences from KFC Havant was only them throwing the chips in the bag so they all spill out and get mashed up, or split beans everywhere. Or the last time the driver had to wait ages as they'd run out of chicken. Really is a very poorly run Takeaway especially when you've just paid 50 for some chicken and chips!!!!
