Marks and Spencer

Stopped by the food court on my way past and went to the self service as I was in a hurry and there was a queue at the only till that was open. It was my first time using the self service and as there was a member of staff in the self service area, I thought he would offer to help if I needed assistance. I managed to scan my one item, but then wasn't sure how to proceed. Without moving from his position, the man said I needed to put my bag down. As the only bag I had was my hand bag, I put it down to the right of the machine, only to be told curtly that that was where the baskets go and that I should read the sign. It was my first visit to the Havant branch and my last. I left the item and the shop, and went instead to Waitrose.

My mother HATES Chardonnay. However, the lovely manager Ben helped us pick a Chardonnay wine that she would probably like. Ben seriously knows his stuff and is a credit to the company! The wine he recommended made for a wonderful Friday evening glass. Thank you Ben!

A large store with food hall.

Not store related.. however, one member of staff from the store in Havant found my phone in a taxi last night. And handed it responsibly to my fianc, I would like this person to know how grateful and pleased of how honest they were! As we don't get enough honest people in the world much nowadays. 10/10 efforts :)
