Russell has remotely supported me as a freelancer since 2015. Providing essential start up advise which gives me the space to focus on doing the work. Personally for me, I prefer to have direct contact with human interface instead relying solely on digital app support. Russell encourages ways to integrate digital accounting apps to maximise the workflow efficiency. I find this the right balance. Big thanks.
