Bought a car from them last Tuesday. Very relaxed experience. We were given the key and allowed to look around the car ourselves. Then we went on a test drive alone. We were given a suggested route to follow. No pressure or sales talk. Great experience.

I bought a Mercedes CLS350 in May 2021 from Scott and had to bring it back with two minor problems, the first being a faulty glow plug and the second a malfunction warning on the dashboard. On both occasions the problems were dealt with immediately and without question. I would highly recommend Lawrence Warner to any prospective buyer of a quality used car.

Went to view and test drive a car last week. The salesman was incredibly helpful and informative he was also very relaxed and was not pressuring me when looking round the car which I appreciated. Understanding when discussing any issues with the car and always willing to help out. Definitely recommend.

First class customer service right from initially enquiring about the XC60 to viewing it and finally purchasing it. Lawrence and his team were fantastic throughout and everything that needed doing and was agreed to be done, was done prior to purchasing the vehicle.
