        Aisles are well signposted. Staff are friendly. Parking is easy despite being next to Aldi. Prices are OK especially with a trade card 10% discount. I bought timber which is well stocked.

        Visited the store a few months ago looking for a back to the wall close coupled toilet. I waited around to speak to a staff member in the showroom area. Vicky reluctantly stopped her conversation with another staff member to answer my enquiry regarding a display item. I asked if she could tell me the price her reply was. "If you look in the brochure you'll find it there! Needless to say I purchased my toilet at Plumblink just down the road. Today returned to the store asking about quartz worktop. Spoke to Vicky, she looked on her computer and the started telling us worktop started at 95.00 I said yes that's for composite I want quartz. "Oh sorry". she replied then proceeded to tell me the price of wooden worktop... I gave up and left. I can't understand why this person is still working at the store because she doesn't seem to have a clue what she's doing.
