Its a real shame Im writing this review. I had been using Goulds in Havant for over 2 years seeing Toby. Unfortunately its gone down hill massively since hes left, constantly new staff there. The last 3 times I visited I left with poor hair cuts and now had 2 appointments cancelled last minute. Price their charging does not meet the standard of cut. Time to find a new barber unfortunately Service: Scissor cut

Got a beard? Then avoid... No shaping, hardly any trimming. 12.50 down the drain. Should of just stayed home and cut some flyaway hairs away which would have been the same service I received from this place today. The barber I had seemed extremely nervous and not confident in tackling beards confidently at all. Hands shaking all over the place... I now have to go to my usual barber to have it corrected as my beard looks the same as when I arrived. No hot towels, no cut throat razor (unless you ask) even then it was cream applied to my face out of a bottle and smeared into my face with his finger. Not a shaving brush used to apply or a high quality Proraso shaving cream or alike in sight applied freezing cold with freezing cold hands. Wouldn't use a cut throat around the neck (like all the other barbers I have used) as apparently "the ambient air causes the hair follicle to Ingrow" or some nonsense along these lines...!? Never again
