        Wrong turkey arrived 2 days before Christmas, not a crown as ordered and would not have been large enough to feed my guests on Christmas day. When I contacted the store, they were rude to me and accused me of trying to scam them. Very poor customer service. Avoid

        Ordered a 6kg turkey crown, ended up receiving 2 x smaller turkey crowns. When calling them whilst he understood and accepted my frustration and inability to cook them at the same time just said at least hed sent it a day early (received on the 22nd dec so just about still acceptable for Christmas). If they cant offer the products advertised they should not send sub standard produce and charge 1st class prices. If I wanted 2 x small turkey crowns Id have got better prepared ones from M&S
