Asked them to install a new fan at premises to rectify fault, fan has failed numerous times. They then sent a new control module we had to have fitted ourselves. Eventually they would like us to complete copious amounts of work alongside the original installation to ensure the fan works. Washed their hands of us after it failed during COVID lockdown. Avoid at all costs.

Would highly recommend this company. They have been more than great during using them for our ventilation system. We had a problem with another company that we needed to install a PVC panel and they have messed us about for weeks which delayed clear vent going out to complete this job on numerous occasions. They were patient,understanding and very friendly. David and Joe have been great through all of this. they kept in touch with us and helped us anyway they can and they have gone out their way to correct what the other company messed up. I would highly recommend this company because not only have they done a good job so far but they have gone out their way to help us, been patient as the other company messed us about which meant clear vent have had to cancel visits and rearrange and come out to us again due to this. Very helpful and really friendly. Thanks guys
