Had a Level 3 Home Buyers Survey done, the report was extremely thorough and detailed, I really appreciated the follow up phone call, helped explain a few things. Very professional yet friendly, would highly recommend.

Neil and Beth cannot be praised highly enough for their excellent work. They are a very knowledgeable and helpful team, always willing to take the time to talk through any issues. The follow up call from Neil was very helpful and his advice was worth its weight in gold. The report was comprehensive and informative - I wanted the nuts and bolts and I got it! Neil Jarvis is an amazing individual and manages to put really complex issues into understandable language. His team are also excellent and very caring. Neil and Beth of the Cornish Property Practice have been fantastic. Neil promptly arranged a full survey for us - we were looking to move to Cornwall and our conveyancing company had advised they didnt do surveys The report was very detailed and helpful with advisory points. In moving in we were hit with the coldest spell for a very long time and suffered badly with condensation. I contacted Neil and asked if he could come and do a comparison check as my husband (disabled) couldnt get in/around the loft to take a look. Neil very kindly said he could and came again checking and making advisory points to us. His help is greatly appreciated.
