        A fantastic morning exploring the local coastline and caves. Glen was kind to two novice mature ladies getting us up and running and having fun in the kayaks!

        We had an amazing introductory lesson with Glen, he managed to get Karen up and paddling like a pro, I spent a lot of time in the sea but did get up. We visited some amazing coves and had a wonderful time. Thanks to all the team.
