Gullrock, once the "Liberty" Fish Cellars or Pilchard Palace, is now 9 separate dwellings set around a courtyard garden, with further garden and grounds spreading up the valley beyond. The lucky permanent residents are pleased to share the tranquillity with visitors, especially with dogs, to either of the homes available for holiday let. This little nook hides just yards from the head of the beach and beautiful coastline. The coastpath beckons along the magnificent stretch from Port Gaverne Main to Tintagel Head, and the beach right here is very sheltered, and the sea normally very calm inside the cove except in the stormiest onshore conditions. Fascinating local wildlife, superb clifflands and seascapes, and although Port Isaac is very close just up the hill, if all you want is a bit of peace you can simply stay away from it in our haven of quietude.!
