        We travelled as a couple with two dogs. Rose Cottage has a small garden just for the use of Rose Cottage which provides a pleasant area to sit outside during the nice weather. The area which is shared by the other cottages is very pretty however we had to clear up after other dog owners which wasn't very pleasant. The bin area is directly outside the rear door of the cottage which leads on to the shared area and this hadn't been emptied leaving a rather unpleasant smell if you had the back door open. On the day the gardeners had been they left a garden bench right outside the back door which was not the most helpful! There are strict rules for dogs so if you like your furry friend to cuddle up with you on the furniture this is not for you as they are not allowed on furniture or in the bedroom areas. In our opinion this cottage would be just perfect for a couple with small children and no dogs. What is of considerable credit to Green Door Cottage is that the cottage was spotlessly clean!
