    Horrible service. Do not use them!! Delayed 15mins from the appointment Rejected to pay by credit card tough they said I can use it. It is against the TfL regulation. This trip took me 25 more minutes than it should be. Drivers behavior is also horrible, drive dangerously with phones and not good at speaking English. The driver may not have the collect license for it. Service: Limousines

    Very unfortunate to say I wouldnt recommend. Booked a cab days before an event, called again to confirm booking on the day of the event. Only to be let down 15mins before the arranged pick up time and be told they didnt have any cars, and lied to saying we booked it for 2 people, even though we confirmed it at 4 people, twice, just to be sure. As we were trying to explain the situation, the operator on the phone was hanging up on us, giving us different reasons why they couldnt now pick us up, and hanging up without any reasoning. I assumed this was due to them overbooking, not having enough cars or potentially receiving a better job? Either way, its obvious that a better booking system needs to be in place. The way we were spoken to was sadly a disgrace, zero customer service and nearly left us stranded for the night. Luckily there were other local businesses that could take us home cheaper. Which is a shame as the operators we originally spoke to when booking were very polite.
