My son has been attending the nursery since he was 9 months old and has thrived in the Stepney Branch. The environment is stimulating and mutli-sensory with lots of different daily activities that engage him and enable his development. I am happy with the service provided because my son is well cared for and have recommended the nursery to others based on our experience.

I have never had a problem with the nursery, the staff are always very helpful, polite and friendly, dean & Miranda have always been very welcoming along with the rest of the staff. My daughter has been attending seens September 2021 she is currently 18months and absolutely loves it always happy to go and always when she comes out happy.

Both me and my partner are both very happy within the nursery setting. We have recommended the nursery to many family and friends. With many of the parents we have spoken to amazed with the cleanliness and stimulating environment within New Birth Nursery. I am shocked to see negative comments and I would advice any potential parents who are looking for a great and amazing nursery to visit New Birth and do not let malicious comments ruin this wonderful nurseries reputation.

A phone call to the local nursery was answered by Dean Watson, who was unbelievably rude and unengaging. Youd expect the nursery manager would try and sell their nursery to you with good words, but not at New Birth Day Nursery. The phone call to this nursery completely put me off from even visiting this nursery and I couldnt fathom the idea of sending my child there. Some advise to Dean Watson as Im sure you will read this, I do not know if you were having a bad start to your day, I hope your problems have resolved. For next time, just be mindful that the other person on the other side is awaiting good customer service and communication from you as after all youre managing a nursery so parents and caregivers will look out for these qualities in you and your staff so sound a little more engaging and reduce the stubbornness. If there are any queries you cant deal with via telephone, ask them to come by and those queries can be answered. Good service is good service!

Spoke to someone named Dean Watson, who claimed he was the manager and did not want to tell us the fees or pricing to get my daughter enrolled. He sounded very abrupt. This is meant to be a place parent feel comfortable sending their children too definitely didnt get that assurance from Dean Watson.
