This is the worst post office Ive ever been to. They may as well close down. Completely useless, unorganised and unprofessional

Too slow service .. Have to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes...we want super fast service please

12 person queue out the door and one member of staff serving. This is the norm here and an absolute nightmare if youre in a rush.

I went to pay rent this morning using the rent card and because the swipe does not work on his system, the man said to be very rudely, I will only do this one time and dont worry about other places doing it, when I explained politely that other places (post offices) are able to manually add the number shown at the front of the card which takes less than a minute.. He aggressively argues that it takes time and effort to manually add the 16 or so numbers onto to the system, when only two people were literally waiting behind me, plus he gets paid to do his work! but he decided to make an unnecessary scene and issued my card back after I requested it due to his tantrum.. Extremely lazy and disgraceful. Ive never had any issues with any other Staff except this man who creates problems and does not want to do his job.. someone posted a picture of the same man in a below comment Ive noticed, he should be disciplined..

THIS POST OFFICE IS A SHAMBLES!! Queue is always long, the guy behind the counter is always so slow to serve people, they should have two people at all times and the Indian guy allows people to jump the queue. Please also advise people to queue up properly outside along the shop not opposite the door where people spill out onto the road.
