If i could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Be warned if returning items they charge you 7% fee even though their website says no charge if returned within 7 days. They don't abide by their own T&c's. Words from their website 'we offer a no quibble returns policy' 'if you simply do not require the parts ordered then we will refund your account with the full paid price' (absolute lies) We paid by card and they gave cash receipt that was the first red flag Also the owner is so rude and arrogant, thinks he knows it all Lesson learnt to go to a reputable place like euro carparts in future. Wish i read the other reviews before we purchased.

Rude customer service. Called asking for a part and as a customer you would expect to be able to buy what u want but not here. Instead the rude gentleman replied back to my query tell your garage to do it then 0 star if i could but this place is rubbish

Parts are expensive in this shop. Just Take quote/price from them and compare with Euro car parts or other local car parts shop, then you will realise. The part they quote me 19, I bought it from another part shop 6. Same brand as well.
