I have rented my property out through City Fox for a number of years. The level of service I have received from them has been excellent they have constantly found me good reliable tenants and have managed the property to my expectation. My dealings over the years with City Fox has been superb I found them to be very professional, reliable and trustworthy, I would highly recommend them.

City Fox have provided me with their fully managed service for the last four years. I have been extremely impressed with all aspects of their management of my property particularly their knowledge of the lettings market in the area, detailed understanding of the latest legislation regarding letting and their handling of unforeseeable problems such as Covid. Sarwar is a pleasure to deal with and has always exceeded my expectations. I look forward to many more years of City Fox managing my property.

Cityfox was the first letting agent Ive dealt with as this was my first time renting out a flat. The properties offered were all affordable and our issues were dealt with promptly. We had an unexpected issue in our flat due to the building construction itself, but our agent, Sarwar, was really helpful and often kept us updated with the progress in rectifying the issue. He also helped us communicate with the landlord promptly and offered us a lot of assistance, which we really appreciate. Im sure we werent the easiest tenants to deal with, and the flat had unprecedented issues that were beyond Cityfoxs or the landlords ability to foresee, but Sarwar was very patient in dealing with thatwhich is fantastic. Whenever we needed help with maintenance, Cityfox were usually quick to send someone over, so that is always helpful. All in all, great.
