Helped me plan my first trip to Europe (France-Italy focused). Vinago Travel helped shape my naive and messy plans into a very structured and well-rounded itinerary with details every step of the way from planes, trains to walking between destinations! They are spot-on with their knowledge of the areas and provided keen insight into many nuances and hidden gems that I was unaware of. Needless to say, Vinago Travel goes above and beyond in every manner. I could not commend them more highly or recommend them more ecstatically! Hands down 5/5 stars!

We have travelled throughout the world often utilizing high touch, personalized travel services. I would put Vinago Travel at the top of the various services we have used. They were proactive from the get go in helping us think through our travel goals and developed a detailed plan to make sure all aspects of our travel were taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised at how often they went beyond our expectations to make sure little details were thought out including various ways we could save money. Even more impressive was the level of responsiveness they provided once we had commenced our trip. Several adjustments needed to be made due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances and they always immediately addressed our concerns and made changes to ensure our trip was successful. We loved the app they provided us which had all of our travel details laid out day by day including all of our tickets to various tours including our theater tickets. I would highly recommend Vinago Travel for any of your travel needs!!
