The old lady that does the eyebrows is not very good at doing it. She done mine a few times and it always ends up still looking the same like i haven't even done it! Took her ages and then when i wanted it tinted i told her i don't want it on for too long and when she took it off she kept rubbing it so much in the end it didn't look tinted. The young lady that works there does brows nicely but she isn't very friendly she seems to take it as a negative that people prefer her than the old lady. She is not polite at all by the way. Also i don't know why we have to lie down to have brows done it feels weird lol maybe invest in some chairs.... Service: Eyebrow threading

I normally get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here as the young girl (jeni, I think her name is) is very good at doing eyebrows and always does a good job. However her attitude is very poor and has very little customer service skills. She is rude and looks like she hates her job. She is the only reason why Id rather travel half an hour to get then done by someone else who does them well and gives good customer service skills. Wait times are long and excessive, and once made me wait over an hour and letting others skip the queue as they knew them. Either shut this place down or hire people who actually want to work there. I went in to buy earrings for my second piercing the lady doesnt understand what your trying to say or what you want and she kept showing me the piercing gun and I told her I dont want a piercing I want earrings for the piercing i already had. I spoke English with them so I dont know what was hard to understand about that and the lady had to check my ear for what I wanted soo stupid and she flipping pushed the backing on my earring that I had on my second piercings and now my second piercing thats healed ages ago is now flipping infected. If there was a option for 0 starts I wouldve gave this place 0 stars!!!

Terrible service! They dont understand what customer wants and overcharge you. Both young and old lady is negative and doesnt talk appropriately
