Since the launch of our new website our sales have now tripled. Our sales have gone through the roof and this is without the SEO option. Chris knows his stuff and although I was a little dubious at first, due to my experience with other companies that made our sales worse. I made the right decision and will now look into SEO.

I was looking to put up a new website for my practice York Place Dental in Carlisle - our previous site was not adaptive (you couldnt really use it on a smartphone), it needed a rewrite and we were clearly missing out as a result. Having used larger national suppliers in the past I was looking for a more flexible approach, preferably from somebody who we could establish a good working relationship with. Chris at Lightbulb Web Design was recommended by a mutual colleague and we made the right decision Chris knew what we needed and all we had to do was supply the vision and the content - which was largely based on our previous site with appropriate improvements. The biggest issue was always getting edits and alterations carried out in a timely and affordable fashion and this has not been a problem with Chris - websites are living things that reflect our evolving business and changing consumer needs. The ability to self edit has been brilliant. During 2020 the importance of having a readily accessible website provider who can action updates and edits has been pushed to the forefront and Im delighted that we chose Lightbulb. Chris at light bulb has been fantastic. Hes the most responsive person I have had the pleasure of working with. I would email at 10pm, not expecting a response until the next day at the earliest, but he will respond and resolve immediately. His pricing structure is excellent and he has great creative ideas, backed up by knowledge of what draws clients in.
