Batemans Barn Wedding Venue

I absolutely loved shooting a wedding here. The grounds are stunning and really are a photographers dream. I love that there is an option for an indoor and outdoor ceremony to suit my couples and to have a plan b weather depending. The hosts are so insanely helpful towards everyone. I have never seen a venue work so hard in the background. And I adore their ethos of being eco friendly and inclusive. I am very excited to be back with a new couple next year! If you're looking for an eco friendly, everyone is welcome, historic and private wedding venue I highly recommend you take a visit!

We were fortunate to have our wedding at this beautiful venue. We had the freedom to create our special day from an amazing list of local suppliers, who were all fantastic. We were welcomed to visit on many occasions over nearly 2 years to discuss our ideas and get some ideas along the way (120 handmade pom-poms, anyone?). Everywhere you look is a beautiful backdrop for stunning photographs. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet the day moved seamlessly thanks to the wonderful staff. Batemans Barn will forever have a place in our hearts. 5 stars, 10 stars, a million billion stars xx

We dont even know where to start with how fantastic Nicole and John are. They have the most beautiful venue set in the most gorgeous area. We first booked Batemans Barn in Feb 2019 for our wedding in August 2020 however, due to covid we had to postpone it not once but twice. Throughout this, Nicole and John made the process so easy. There was no stress, no pushing us into anything. We were given time to think about what we wanted to do and they were happy to help with anything. Eventually we had our magical day on the 3rd August 2022. It could not have been better. Nicole and John have it down to fine art. Everything flowed so well, we didnt have to think about a thing. We never thought a wedding could be so stress free. My only wish is that the day could of been longer. Nicoles communication was fantastic throughout the 3 years of planning. She answered all my many questions so quickly. She helped out so much with setting the venue up and everything was taken down and ready by the time we were up the next morning. Its a strange feeling after 3 years knowing that we are no longer planning our day at Batemans but we will treasure that day forever. Thank you to the whole team at Batemans for giving us the best day we could of asked for from Mr & Mrs Green xx
