I've had an amazing experience with Fully Charged Cornwall, Chris drove several bikes to my house for me to test out on my local hills, and then lent me a bike for the weekend, I'm now very happy with my beautiful Benno Boost, highly recommend Fully Charged!

We live in the steepest valley in north Cornwall and have bought 2 Reise and Muller bikes from Chris. They are fantastic and we have no problem whizzing up the hills . We are right by the sea and have therefore chosen the belts rather than the chains to avoid salt corrosion and ease of maintenance Chris has been fantastic in his advice and we are really happy with the bikes

Recently I have become the very proud owner of this lovely Moustache samedi 27. I couldnt be happier with this bike, its my second e bike ( both bought from Chris). I went to see Chris at Fully charged and explained what I was looking for, the next day he dropped 2 bikes off to me and I was able to try them out for most of the day. Once Id made a decision, the bike was ordered and arrived within 48 hrs, Chris delivered it to me, went though setting it up etc. What I particularly like is the battery is in the bike frame in front of me, my last bike had the battery on the back and I found the weight distribution awkward. The controls are simple to use, the bike is very comfortable and most importantly i love the colour.

I dont often leave reviews but I think Chris @ Fully Charged Cornwall deserves a five star review. The entire process from the moment I first contacted the shop to ask about e-bikes, the subsequent demo by Chris and the delivery of my new bike the entire process has been faultless and without doubt the best customer service I have ever received on any purchase. Should I ever need another bike, I would have no hesitation in returning to Fully Charged Cornwall and would recommend the shop to anyone looking at purchasing a new bike in the South-West.

my only form of transport is my rise and muller bike. so i got chris to pick up my bike for a service he was verry helpfull even gave me a lone bike while my bike was with him so i desided to get another bike he went through the options with me. ive been really happy with it. also my bike fell over and the front bumper was touching the tyer i phoned him up and he said he was passing my way at 5pm and he would have a look and he fix it for me. i would recommend any one thinking of buying a bike to try fully charged electric bike shop cornwall
