I have a diagnosis of emotionally unstable personality disorder and I've suffered lots of childhood trauma and Eva knew this. It's been a long time since I saw Eva. I saw her for a few sessions, a few years ago. I remember her making some critical comments which looking back were unusual for a therapist to make, maybe saying I talk too fast or too much? Something to do with that. I had a lot of faith in her in the beginning. And I remember how we ended was was with a session ending with me being very overwhelmed and upset. Eva told me harshly I needed to go because she had her next client even though I was crying, distressed and far away from home. I was in a vulnerable place in my life at the time and this pushed me over the edge and back to being suicidal and I spent the night thinking about ways to kill myself, something I had not done in at least a year which was real progress for me. I have not been in that place since. I wanted to leave a review immediately but I was too emotional to write one at the time. Her clinic popped up on Google maps from when I had it saved from when I used to travel there and it brought back all the feelings and I felt ready to write about it
