        Stefy is a truly outstanding fitness trainer. Her positive, professional but friendly approach is always a tonic. Her meticulous attention to detail and undivided focus on you as you carry out your exercises means you get a customised programme which is hugely effective-while always being safe. Her ability to understand you as a person not just as a body to be worked on, adds a dimension which I have never experienced before. She is demanding but that results in a level of fitness and wellbeing one wouldnt otherwise reach, and which gives one great satisfaction. My two children also love going to her.
