We used Francor Ltd to build a new room (inc carpentry, electrics, plumbing and decorating) and can't recommend Emanuel, Fiona and their team more highly. They were quick and competitive to quote and kept a close eye on the work of their team throughout with regular site visits. They were always just a text away and nothing was too much of an ask. Total con artists. Took deposit of 1,500 from me to do a job that should have been about a week. All of their quotes are twice as high as everyone else and includes work that doesnt need to be done. The builders turned up and tried to demolish parts of my property that i had specificallt not approved in writing. One of them even ripped part of my front stairs out and threw it. One of them was a day labourer new to the trade and the other apparantly was a plasterer. After 5 hrs work on day they turned up on the next working day and took their tools that they had stored in my house and left, keeping my money. After 2 weeks of chasing them they refunded me only 222. So they kept 1,278 for 5 hours of work of 1 plasterer and one day labourer. They even had the cheek to say they left because i shouldnt have watched their guys to stop them from pulling out more parts of my stairs and demolishing them! The guys didnt even have the right tools and materials for the job. Absolutely shocking excuse for a company

Francor has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. We were initially looking to get new floors and freshly painted walls throughout our flat, but when they came to view for initial quote they also caught some other things that needed work, such as misting of the double glazed window. Such attention to detail was greatly appreciated, and also shows in the very high quality finish of their works. We also appreciated that their quote was very transparent, as it was broken down by tasks with associated costs of labor and material separately specified. This instilled a sense of trust as we knew exactly what we were paying for. Communication was very easy and both Emanuel and Fiona were very quickly reachable via text. We also received periodic progress updates with photos, which were very fun to see. We would definitely consider working with Francor again if we do any more work in the future. Thank you so much!
