Fabulous taxi driver very nice and such an interesting person to talk to. Arrived on time and arrived right outside the restaurant for us at time requested at the end of our evening. So nice to meet someone with so much knowledge of the area.

Taxi booked for 1am. Didnt show, phoned at 1am and said they were on the way, tried to phone multiple times after that and they just switched off the phone. 6 people stranded at 1.30am. Pile of s*** company, avoid!! We had to rebook with Parnells and pay way more, but at least they actually turned up.

Taxi didnt turn up leaving 6 people stranded. Had to rebook at 1:30 am. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT use this taxi company. Dropped us off in the complete wrong location, as we are not locals in Cornwall we were unaware of where we were going and this was used against us. It was my birthday and we had planned to go for a dinner at a nice pub but instead ended up in a whetherspoons replica. Absolute hell. The taxi company then blocked our number, refused to compensate us for this although it was a mistake on their behalf ( we had supplied them with postcode however this was ignored ). Spoke to the taxi manager, named Frank, on the phone who was rude, arrogant and completely unreasonable. Couldnt get hold of any other taxi company so had to wake up our air bnb hosts who kindly came and picked us up. Despite this hellish experience we still managed to laugh about it but HAD to do a review just to ensure no one else has to go through what we did.
