        They've just got it all right and and this is how shops should be run. I've been several times over the years and without fail the staff are always so welcoming, engaged and helpful. Great products and pricing (especially in this store) and I always seem to have a good chat with whoever is serving, and leave as if I've just made a new friend. On the last visit I left a waterproof jacket of mine in the shop (not a finisterre product) and they kindly got in touch happily offered to send it back to me for free. It's touches like this that help create brand locality!

        They don't carry New lines in store... Saw some of the new season clothing on line, a couple of weeks ago, now holidaying in Cornwall, thought I'd pop in. Was told that none of the store's carried the new lines.... Other wise great.

        Absolutely love this shop. Stumbled across the brand visiting Cornwall approx 10 years ago, then later on the same trip happened to stumble across the Hawksfield outlet and who doesnt love an outlet??! Since then weve been back to Cornwall 4 times and each time we make a habit of visiting this shop. Weve never been disappointed. Staff are always lovely and helpful and theres always plenty to choose from (and not once have we found the store locked up on arrival). My wife and I have been in to this shop again today to stock up again before we travel back up north tomorrow. Once again a great and successful visit, staff lovely as usual, great new store, and most importantly loads of bargains to choose from! Also make sure to get a coffee from Strong Afolfos next door before you leave. Absolutely amazing!
