Did a great job on my wheels! The finish was exactly what I wanted and more, totally exceeded my expectations! Car was ready to pick up earlier than I had Anticipated! The customer service was flawless! If I ever have to get my alloys fixed again I will definitely be back! Thank you

Never Never again Horrendous service...... They said they can repair alloys not Put a huge crack down. So they had to put it right. When they sort it out, they pick up all ready for 3pm 1 hour and half late and still haven't done the job When they put the the tyre on the rim never sealed it. Could caused a serious accident...... Il will never return to them or send customers that way neither....

I've recently had my wheels refurbished and the quality is perfect, no bubbles or marks on the paintwork and the alloys look amazing. (Don't take my word for it look at the images) I spoke to Dan on the phone, he's got great customer service and even got me booked in the following day, the car was ready to pick up 2 days later. I look forward to dealing with these guys again in the future.

Unfortunately my visit to The Polished Wheel Company was a terrible experience. The customer service was severely lacking and I ended up having to go elsewhere to correct poor work carried out on my wheels. I was provided a quote on the telephone to have my wheels painted in BMW Frozen Gold, however once I got there I was given a different price as they hadnt taken into account the chrome base layer needed to achieve the desired finish. It soon became apparent that they had not researched the process needed to achieve the desired finish. My Wheels were finished with horrendous orange peel and left with numerous imperfections and stone chips not fixed. They then told me they were happy with the job they had done and refused to give me any leftover paint that I had paid for (until the 4th time of asking) nor would they refurbish the wheels again. So I was left 261.50 out of pocket just before Christmas with 2 wheels gold and the other 2 wheels still black. Since that visit I had my wheels refurbished by AutoShine Redruth. All 4 wheels for 300 with much better customer service and quality. The polished wheel company was once the place to go but no more. It seems they do not care for their product results nor their customers feedback and feelings. The bodyshop I often refer to for any repairs also used to recommend this company however said theyre results as of recent were to a poor standard and therefore they two are now also using AutoShine. After multiple attempts to get into contact about reaching a resolution including a signed for delivered letter. They are still ignoring me. As anyone can see by the photos I have posted this was a nightmare experience which I would not wish upon anyone. I strongly recommend you avoid this place if you have any desire for quality.
