I can't comment on the product or the installation, but the customer service is shockingly poor. If you are thinking of using them, think again and run a mile. We asked Counter PS windows to quote for a replacement door on a property near Rock, 15 minutes from their office and store. As we live 90 minutes away we had to arrange a specific time and day so CPS could come and measure up etc. We drove over in the morning and waited for their arrival at 11:00am on the agreed date. At 11:30am they phoned and apologised they would not be coming as Shaun(?) was ill and had to come home. Fair enough people get ill. We explained we have driven over especially and asked if anyone else could come. After a bit of arm twisting they admitted no they didn't have anyone but invited us to come by the outlet. We agreed to meet at 3pm. When we got there we were informed that the person we had arranged to meet (the manager) had gone out and woudn't be back for 30 minutes. Too bad as we had to leave to pick up the kids. So who were we talking to, it's Shaun the guy who was too ill and had to go home.We were given some brochures and asked to phone on another day to rearrange an onsite visit. We duly did and arranged a second on site visit and drove over again for a morning appointment. Midday came and we get a message. Shaun is coming but he won't be with us until *sometime" in the afternoon. Well this is no good to us as we need to leave by 2:00pm for an appointment in Plymouth. So we phone back and speak to Jemma so say Shaun needs to be with us by 1:30 else there's no point. Gets to 1:30, no Shaun. My wife phones the office and speaks to some random person. The conversation goes something like" Can we speak to Jemma. No Jemma is having her lunch, can it wait 20 mins. Er not really, we were expecting Shaun to be here as we need to leave in 30 mins. Shaun's just got back from his last job and is having his lunch so he's not available. Well, sorry we are not too happy about this as we driven over from Plymouth especially and this is the second you have let us down. (At which point the person from CPS adopts a rude and aggressive tone). Well I don't know anything about that, but you can go somewhere else if you are not happy. To which my wife replies, "Thank you, I think we will be. Goodbye". I have to thank that rude and aggressive person at CPS as it demonstrated to us the company's ethos and importance it places on customer service. It's clearly a cultural issue as they failed to keep an appointment on three occasions. I can imaging the difficultly we'd have if we had got a replacement door from CPS, paid the money and then there was an issue. With their attitude to customer service we'd have never seen them again. Think carefully before choosing CPS. Given the way they have treated us it's hard to imaging the business is in a healthy state and they may not be around when you need them.

The service from start to finish was great and the fitters fitted the doors and windows efficiently and with the minimum of mess. A excellent service thanks.
