I was treated by Victoria, she quickly put my mind at ease and explained the issues I had after an examination of the area affected. She then set about releasing the affected area using a variety of different techniques. Then explained stretching movements for me to do at home as to stop it happening in the future. Great value and professionalism all round, well worth the 5 star review.
