Josh has really helped my painful knee...so much more freedom of movement, and no pain now. He explained everything to me very clearly, and I now feel I can manage my exercise regimen to support the improvement. I really would recommend Josh.

I visited Bodycare Chiropractic to try and get help with severe neck pain and restricted head movement. Jana was straight on the case and knew exactly what the problems were, she explained everything very clearly and provided me with a detailed treatment and recovery plan. She then set to work! What a magician!! After the first session my pain had eased significantly, and I have way better movement looking over my shoulder. I had several follow up sessions and was able to cancel the last few as I had been fixed! Jana also helped me with an old achilles running injury while I was going through the neck treatment with no extra charge. Highly recommended!

Jana is not only an amazing chiropractor but an amazing person as well as she actually cares for her patients. She helped me with a horrible pain in my neck and because of her I am able to move my neck freely without any pain. I would recommend her, and this practice to anyone who needs help. Thanks Jana! I've been attending sessions with Josh, and he has worked wonders with my back. It is so wonderful to see someone so enthusiastic about their job, and sincerely determined to fix your problem. I could not rate him high enough, and would 100% recommend.
