        Fantastic little studio on West Green Road. Great instructors, calm environment, clean and tidy equipment. Really lovely, and I always come out of a class feeling refreshed. Best part is it has a great community feel! Ive run into so many neighbors here. I only wish they offered more classes between 11-2p in the work week so I could squeeze in a session during my lunch break.

        High caliber instructors with proper flow in contrast to some studios I've been - I really enjoy Jess and Hannah P's classes personally - mats/ props provided with proper sanitizing required after classes - bathroom floor however is constantly wet which makes changing out of work clothes a gymnastic sport in itself!

        Great teacher and was enjoying the class. But I could not finish as I felt nauseous. Overall, the studio could do with a deep clean. The mats were quite dirty, and the room was very stuffy and had a smell that exacerbated my nausea. Such a shame as I was really enjoying the class.
