        Dominic and his team have done a great job in replacing 8 old windows in our flat with new, made to measure double-glazed ones. The measurements were very detailed and accurate, so the replacement went smoothly. Kyle, David and Mario were efficient, respectful and did an excellent job. There worked systematically, room by room, making things clean and tidy after every day. Very professional and impressive - big thanks to the entire team.         This is the second time we are using Acorn. and can testify to really high quality professional standards and impeccable behaviour. The worker, Ionut, was punctual polite and friendly and very willing to understand and address concerns (eg re safety). He took extra care to leave the room spotless too. Our sash window slides like a dream now and the painting is top notch - unlike other companies Acorn take the windows out to ensure the painting is thorough and each coat is completely dry before applying a new one. A warm recommendation for Acorn! Service: Window repair

All the workers were extremely polite and professional, and they were quite helpful to plan the work so that it would inconvenience us the least.         S did an excellent job of draught proofing our windows and repairing them. However he forgot to do some parts of the work and so we needed to alert acorn about this. The charge for the work went up following the survey which was very frustrating as at this point we had already paid our deposit and needed the windows installed quickly and so had so choice but to go with acorn.
