        Terrible. this company must be exposed on TV and I am doing everything to have hen blasted on national TV. negligence at its worst. very dangerous neighbours treating dead to other neighbours and the company completely ignore and disregard any events or issues.

        Left me with no hot water or heating for coming up to 2 and a half weeks. Didn't lock my door twice, each time from when to "repair" the heating/ hot water. Tried to say I was lying when I reported it. Blocked drains since the day I moved in. Broken plug sockets Black Mould Damp Roaches Mice Spider problems. (I don't mean the usual household expectant amount. I'm talking nests) Aggressive and loud neighbors even when knowing there's children in the building. Just. Lovely.
