        Dreadful. Yet not dissimilar to other local post offices I have occasioned. Post office needs to up it's game or disappear. Too many types of service being offered by a single person with a pencil, a post it and a lack of motivation.

        The first thing to mention, along with a lot of other reviewers, is the sheer lack of speed at this place. They have five possible cashier posts but I only ever see one and on rare occasions, such as solar eclipses, 2. The queues can be dreadful so take a large flask, a spot of lunch and dinner and maybe a copy of war and peace to read. This seems to be the standard policy at most post offices these days, poor service,rude staff and no customer focus whatsoever. This is why people are turning away from expensive, lackluster service to cheaper alternatives which you do expect to have issues. The price of stamps and delivery by the royal mail is ludicrous.
