Purify4life

As has been the case for most, the impact of the last 2 years changed me from a healthy person who exercised regularly to someone who was unfit, had lost all motivation and kept putting on weight. One evening I decided that enough was enough. I searched the net for mobile PTs, and contacted Purify. An appointment was immediately arranged, and I received a call from Keanu within 2 hours of my initial message. I found him to be incredibly professional, polite and caring. He took a focused history of my health and fitness and carefully listened to what I wanted to achieve. By the following morning I was assigned a PT (Anahita) who deserves a separate review :-) I started straight away and already seeing results. Keanu has been regularly in contact to check that everything is running smoothly. To top all this up, I received a surprise Purify T-shirt by post after 2 weeks of training which put the biggest smile on my face. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are professional and go above and beyond to get you to your goals.
