        Bad communication and shame on the staff that don't listen over the phone putting the phone down on customers family and speaking insults may God help you to behave right...One day you will be gone ...this will end all truma you have put people though and plus refusing to book appt properly..plus you keep famlies sitting waiting until the...appt time end and then escalate trouble....for the person centre care... GOD IS WATCHING YOU.....
