        Appalling estate agency. Maintenance team never turn up when they say they are going to. Not even to call when they know they are going to be absent. They leave you waiting in all day for them. Time and time again. They have zero shame. Receptionists Hardly speak the language so its a struggle to communicate. This is frustrating when you need a Plummer or an electrician in emergency and they are asking you what an electrician is. It is soul destroying actually.. RUN for the hills. Dont use them. I would love to give them a zero but that is not possible so I will give them a 1
