Antepliler Baklava

Never go back to this place I ask the women there for one kg 1000gram I make sure with her 1 kg I pay for it And I go to other shops they was 800 gram Very rude women there I think she is the owner I return the baklava back because she charge me 24 pounds for one kg not 800 gram I told her why she said the kg is 35 pounds like to give her -5 star

Dear owner This is a very respectable and kind message to you as we are both from the same nation, and I really hope that you will look into this matter because every single customer have mentioned the same problem that they are facing from this shop of yours, and only from this shop ( Antepliler baklava ) but no where else, And the biggest problem is the customer service, unfortunately the stuff you have is one of the worst stuff and customer service in harringay, You have got a great products we have to say the truth but I have seen number of time how rude they are to the customers specially those customers who does not speak Turkish, speciall they are very rude to anyone when they speaks Arabic or if they see they are Pakistani's or any different nationalities which they don't speak Turkish I hope you sort this matter out and employ some new polite and kind nice stuff then you customers will not longer complain Kindest regards Dannar kurd

This place has the best baklava, reminded me of the one I had in Turkey.

I was very happy to find Antepliler Baklava when i first came to London. The taste was quite similar with the ones in Turkey. Nowadays the quality is little bit lower than before. Probably they changed the chiefs. I still buy baklava from them. The staff is cheerful and the manager is a great person.
