Moorfields Eye Unit at St Ann's Hospital

I want to express my deepest gratitude on behalf of my mother and myself to a doctor or nurse named Musa who really took good care of my mum and gave her a great laser treatment today on Wednesday 19th April 2023!!! Many thanks to doctor/nurse Musa!!! We sincerely and gratefully thankful to you!!! Brilliant treatment!!!

This hospital is clean, the staff are fantastic. Kind caring & professional. We need these kind of hospitals in South East London.

I went for cataract consultation at 9 am and the process finished at 1pm. My folder was handed in reception.Its already 3pm and no one is attending to me.I found out that the lady responsible for booking appointments just already left before 3pm without any regard to me still waiting to be informed. Disgusting woman. It was so depressing experience.

I have always found all the staff very helpful , yes , sometimes the one has to wait a long time once you are there for your appointment. This is National Health , so please people dont complain . They do their very best for us . An amazing place . Thank you
