DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!! One star is far too kind for the service that I have received from this shop. I ordered a Prince Charming style themed cake for my babies first birthday party which you can imagine was quite expensive (250), I received a call on the day of the party to ask me what the cake looked like and that it would be ready at 5pm that day of the party!???!! The cake looked nothing like the picture I had sent and they got the colours wrong and even the icing wasnt fondant, it was a thick cream. I will never give Adali Cake shop a penny more of my money nor would I recommend anybody go there. New management have taken over and since then, the quality and costumer service have all gone down hill. Its a shame as we were regular costumers before.

This business ruined my grandsons birthday cake. The cake was nothing like we ordered, they called us on the morning of my grandsons birthday to tell us that the cake wouldnt be ready on time due to excessive orders!! We had given them over a months notice. We ordered fondant icing the cake was covered in thick cream instead and was flavourless. They charged us 250 for what turned out to be a basic cream cake. We have used this business for years, these people are NOT the original owners but have carried on using the name. They do not live up to the standards of the original owners! I will never order from them again.

A Prince Charming themed cake was ordered at the cost of 250. We gave this shop a 1 month notification to make the cake with a photograph of exactly what the cake should look like. Yet, on the day of my grandson's 1st birthday party, my daughter received a phone call from the shop asking for yet another photograph of what the cake should look like. It had then become apparent to us that the shop had forgotten to make the cake, and they were now panicking to get the cake ready on time for collection that day. Later that day we went to collect the cake and to our disappointment this cake looked absolutely nothing like what we had ordered, The cake was covered in thick cream and not in fondant icing as ordered. The sponge was flavourless and dry. The people that are now running this shop should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off customers with bad quality cakes for top end prices. I will never take my custom to this shop ever again, and i would also recommend that other people consider doing the same thing to avoid disappointment.
