Why pay 7 for next day delivery only to find out your items won't be with you for another 4 days. I do no recommend online shopping at wicks.

I'll be honest, this Wickes branch is completely hit and miss and I've had more bad experiences than good, but lately the ladies on the checkout have provided great customer service and the 5* go to Henry who helped me with my compost Click and Collect (he wheeled it out of the shop and loaded it in my car.) I didn't even need to ask, he offered with a smile on his face. More Henrys at Wickes pls!

I went to Wickes to look for some screws , I couldnt find the ones I needed so I asked a member of staff for help. This member of staff told me to look myself and continued to huff and roll his eyes at me when I told him I had looked already. Very unprofessional, Wickes need to do better.
